1. Garterly belongs to us

The Garterly app and website, including their software and source code, design, layout, text, graphics, logos, templates, checklists and free tools, and the Garterly name, are owned by Garterly Pty Ltd or licensed to us. They're protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws in Australia and other countries.

2. What you can do

  • Use Garterly to plan your wedding, or your clients' weddings, as our Terms of Service allow.
  • Download, print and share your own exports and your results from our free tools, for planning a wedding.
  • Link to any page on garterly.com.

3. What you can't do

Unless we agree in writing, you can't:

  • copy, reproduce, republish or sell any part of Garterly, including its design, screens, text, templates or checklists;
  • build, or help anyone build, a product that copies or imitates Garterly's design or content;
  • copy, decompile, reverse engineer or extract Garterly's source code;
  • scrape, crawl or collect content or data from Garterly, or use it to train AI models;
  • frame Garterly or present it as part of another website, app or product;
  • use the Garterly name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you or are connected with you.

We take this seriously and may take action to protect our rights.

4. Your content

Your content stays yours. Our Terms of Service explain the limited permission you give us to store and show it.

5. Other people's content

Pinterest boards and other linked content belong to their owners, and their terms apply to it.
